Survey results – March 2021
We have been surveying Sydney Water’s, Hunter Water’s and Central Coast Council’s customers about their satisfaction with their utilities. We publish the results of these surveys every quarter.
Measuring and reporting on customer satisfaction over time could help drive improvement in the utilities’ performance, in line with customer preferences, through ‘competition by comparison’.
