Make sure you get what you pay for when buying a used car

Hello John

It’s now free and easy to get the true picture of a used car’s history before you make an offer.

Simply check its most recent odometer readings via our Check a vehicle registration page. You can view up to the last three previous readings for free.

If a car’s odometer reading is lower than it should be when compared to the previous readings, its odometer may have been tampered with.

Our Father......'The Lord's Prayer'

Our Father's Prayer, otherwise known as 'The Lord's Prayer Hymn' is a prayer that may transgress one's mind to reflect on their very own life, especially sung in an upbeat meaningful way. In our world today, we seem to have a growing number of agnostics and atheists, around. The world was not just created out of nothing without a Superbeing creating it and I have every belief that simply God created the universe and other universes (if there is any) and we know how our world started in the beginning through the book of Genesis here. This book was written by Moses. I suppose this may have surprised you as it did me - I never asked who the author was and the meaning of Genesis is 'In the beginning....', which is how the Book commences.

There had to be a beginning. A beginning for us as humans and a  beginning for creating our beautiful world. And yet God had done that.

This is obviously for many reasons: from the way a person has been treated by others in a religion, by who they were previously involved with or mixing with the non-believing peer groups within their own lives, or for many other reasons.

Anyway for everyone, this post is for you:

The Lord's prayer comes from the Gospel of Matthew with a shorter version of The Gospel of Luke. So who wrote the Book of Matthew.

It has been traditionally attributed to St Matthew, one of the 12 Apostles, a former Tax Collector.

Here is Chris Brunelle's version

Our Father, which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy Name.

Thy Kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, As it is in heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, As we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, But deliver us from evil.

Interesting Videos On Our Federal Leaders of Parliament

I have found these videos that portray the leaders of Australia as good human beings Leaders. What we all tend to forget is when we criticise the Leaders of Parliament, they are as human as we are. They are real people, like us.

Maybe we need to be compassionate to each leader of our country and understand where they are coming from. I always believe that a strong Opposition Leader may not be as strong as and confident Prime Minister. Yet a weak Opposition Leader may come up as a strong and Confident Leader, straight away but in time, yes they might even reach there.

Found a couple personal touch videos  and  the others are  s[eeches in Parliament:

Unspoken Clues May Benefit Someone From A Mental Health Conversation - Mental Health First Aid

To me, any conversation that may be sending a shining light into someone's life is so beneficial to another person's life. And guess what you may not know that. Mental First Aid & Mental Mental Health meant nothing to me  20 - 30 years ago except that it felt like someone that wasn't normal could not cope with normal life.

I am no expert on mental health, but I know I believe mental health is a part of all our lives. I remember when I was at school, there were high expectations to do well in our Higher School Certificate because it is what our parents wanted to do. I knew I couldn't reach a pass rate at Higher School Certificate and I thought any positive result was better than getting negative results. Maybe I should have dropped out in Year 10, but my parents urged me to do well. In the middle of moving houses from Paddington to Kingsford and then they had to commence renovations on their new house. Bloody distractions for me. I tried for the first term of year 11 to study and then gave up on the 2nd term. All I wanted was an office job and I mostly got that. Yet, I didn't blame Mental illness for that, it was part of my life. Actually, it was actually my life.

I know I wanted to play in the 2nd XI soccer team for the school and ended p to be the highest goal scorer of the team (playing right wing) at three goals for the year. I even gave up my casual job at Woolies Double Bay for it.

To me, and people may think that I'm crazy in saying this, one's day mentally includes high and low emotions second by second of life. In other words, living day to day we have to deal with all types of emotions. It seems dealing with happy emotions is easy but dealing with sad emotions, we need to know how to get ourselves out of it. we can ask everyone in the world for answers, yet only ourselves, individually will have the positive answer to get right through it.

Anyway, I believe any conversation you have with anyone is a conversation. A conversation that may prevent someone claiming it is mental illness, that would be great!

Could private capital resolve our housing crisis? - .id Informed Decisions

I agree. I'm actually shocked that according to our population of 25.69 Million in 2021, we have 2.2 Million Landlords and 2.9 Million renters. I actually thought it would have been around 5 Million each. And of these how much are overseas investments?

Personally, I would like to see multiple 'Tiny Houses' of villages, where one or two renters could be accommodated, allowing for the courtyard on each property,  access to great public transport, community hall and completed amenities for a very good lifestyle. I understand it is not everyone's 'cup of tea' but if private capital went into this type of property investment, there could be many benefits provided to all. Less homelessness, more properties on the rental market and a fair rental price charged.
