Have Your Say to Help Improve Shoalhaven Libraries - Shoalhaven City Council - Media Release

Shoalhaven City Council Media Release

Shoalhaven Libraries’ users are invited to provide feedback on services and programs at their local library by completing an online survey, with each entry going into a draw to win 1 of 3 fantastic prize packs*.

The Shoalhaven Libraries’ 2021 Customer Service Survey is open until Wednesday 30 June and can be completed online or in person.

Shoalhaven Libraries consist of four branches: Nowra, Sanctuary Point, Milton and Ulladulla as well as a Mobile Library service that visits outlying villages across the region.

Shoalhaven City Council Mayor Amanda Findley is encouraging community members to participate in the survey.

“The survey is an opportunity for the community to tell us how we are doing, and where we can improve on library services and programs moving into the future.”

“Shoalhaven Libraries offer a valuable service providing a friendly, safe and accessible space to read, reflect and connect,” Clr Findley said.

This research is being conducted for Shoalhaven Libraries in conjunction with CERM PI, University of South Australia Business.

For more information or to complete the survey visit Shoalhaven Libraries website.
