The ISLHD Mental Health Service have put together teams of mental health professionals and people with lived experience who will work over the next 8 weeks in Kiama, Jamberoo and Gerringong communities.
Drop in for a chat between 10am-6pm. To the Joyce Wheatly community center
It's free and there's no need to make an appointment.
The aim is to provide a caring, listening ear, and give people information and connect you to support services if you need it.
