Charming Jim Chalmers - Not Charming for 10 Million Taxpayers

So here we come to The Albo/ Chalmo Government's possible new removal of tax cuts to middle-income earners and more, which was implemented in 2019 by the then-Australian government. Click here for an article from Sky News and from other media sources as well

The top 20% of the household's gross income is  $121,108 and over, so they would be heavily affected, including 10 Million hard-working Australian tax earners.

So why are they doing this to attack the middle to high-income earners, to reduce $11B from their budget expenditure? What election promise was this from Albo to all Australians. Last year he got wage increases for workers to meet the then inflation rate. Once you do that.  there is another increase in the inflation rate. Not only that, thereby raising wages means more money is spent within the economy, and that relates to another source of increasing inflation. We currently have inflation going up to around 8%. By removing the tax offset on 10 Million taxpayers, will provide constraints to families and individuals who may be finding it hard to meet daily living expenses. We seem to be going backward. The Albo Labor party I thought was for the people but looking at what is happening now, we seem to be heading to a crumbling down community. Then you've got unionists. I thought they would be arguing for removing the  Tax Offset as I'm sure it would affect quite a few of their member's income!

What an up and down Political week for all of us

What a political week it has been. Should we say that the 'Political heat is on' or is it all gassed up?

I must say since I've been posting after the election of 21st May 2022, we have had some constructive conversations, creating a lot of interest on both sides of politics. What I do is do my best to present supporting evidence to support my statements. My statements are not there to create a scary community, they are there to make our community aware of how politicians can change from election policies to a community that may not have much freedom, left with us.

We are all lucky Australians, living in a lucky free country. We are able to travel freely around the country as long as we keep within the law. And laws can change, especially when a new Prime Minister who has a history of being involved 'led a group within Young Labor that was aligned with the left faction's Hard Left, which maintained 'links with broader left-wing groups, such as the Communist Party of Australia, People for Nuclear Disarmament and the African National Congress - quoted from Wikipedia Click here for details'

Why does this worry me? Well, I'll tell you: When my parents married, they didn't bring any extended families from Europe. I had no real Uncles and Aunties. I had only met my grandparents from Dad's side and they came from Czechoslovakia. After the Soviet Invasion under the Warsaw Pact - 'The Soviet invasion of Prague', wanted to get rid of reformers in 1968. What they also got rid of was ownership from rightful owners. My Grandfather lost ownership of his own tailoring business and a block of units he owned and the Soviets left one unit for himself and my grandmother. When I met him he was telling us how living in a communist country was: frightening. There were coupons for daily bread, and food essentials, queueing for each item in separate queues and on just about every street corner your id was checked. Is this the type of community we all want to live in? Where it makes people fear government actions and government ran your life. So, why am I worried, Why shouldn't I be worried? Because of  Albo's previous links to the Communist Party. I may be in a class of my own here but how would you all feel if your own home you owned was taken away from your very own, your business was taken away from yourself and was owned by the government. This is why I am writing blogs and I am passionate to make people understand what may happen. Make them realise what we could end up like in this kind of State and fear. Anyone that has had Communist Party links, may still have them. This now creates maybe a different agenda than what we are used to, from our 31st Prime Minister. Only time will tell.

My issue here is which Country would he rather shake hands with first, USA or China. Now Scomo understood that Covid-19 has been suggested to start in Wuhan, China and wanted to make China responsible for universal countries going into debt due to Covid-19. China refused they were to blame. If propper measures were taken in China, there would not have been a Pandemic

Another working holiday for Albo as he tries to shake hands with the Muslim Indonesian Government, providing stronger relationships with Indonesia. maybe he could talk to Joko and ask him not to send boats to Australia - if he doesn't, boats galore will be arriving in Australia - similar to the previous history.

Energy Crisis: This is where all he can do is blame the previous government, for what is happening now. Click here for details Finger pointing is something Albo is very good at so far. At what stage do we start blaming him? After the next election! Whilst the Greens are closing coal mines and have been in the background in the past Click here for one post on it, while closing them has it been assessed by the Greens that there was enough energy to be generated by other energy sources. I'd say no. While they are on this 'Climate Change/ Policy, coal mines have been closed, not realising that there may not be enough energy to be supplied to all communities.

If we are heading to different energy sources, why wasn't it catered for by bureaucrats and politicians from all sides that there would be no shortfall?

Now a good thing Albo is going to do is change the name of the national Cabinet. This could be that when it is mentioned,  people will not associate it with Scomo. Another useless cost for us tax-payers.

So Albo has scored with the young with the Fairwork Commission for a $40 per week pay increase to the minimum wage earners. Actually, he got a bonus 0.1% above his promised policies. This is great news for our young but on the flip side of the coin, does he realise here comes another inflation increase as well from the $40.00 per week, as I am sure 70 per cent of youth would be spending that extra $40.00, per week. More money is being circulated within the economy, thus raising inflation rates again as well as rising interest rates. So how do small businesses feel about paying the extra on the minimum wages, well with rising fuel costs, which, the current government would not reduce petrol excise (Like Scomo just recently did)? Local businesses have to find that extra money to pay their staff.

Yes, I know people will say businesses make a profit. This may cut into their profit (if they are making it) and it may break some small to medium-size businesses, that have been struggling with rising costs: petrol, goods and even issues of hiring quality young staff that are keen to work. My take on the performance of workers to get a wage rise is pretty basic. I have always been grateful for receiving an income per week/fortnight that allowed me to have a roof over my head and feed my family, allow me to take holidays, without being called back to work (like Scomo) during the holidays. In the last company I worked for, the employer looked at 'Key Performance Indicators' that I had achieved or not. I never had a perfect outcome in all statistics, though out each year. The employer would review my work and then offer me a high level of pay rise, medium to a low level as well. Sometimes it was backdated to the 1st of July of that year.

Before I was born, people would have been happy to work and there was plenty of workaround available. Employees were loyal and there was no push from employers, they were satisfied they had genuine, loyal workers. And that was the true respect between employer and employee. You'd probably stay in that business for 30-40 years based on the business being successful.

So, I think a fairer system to help both the employer and employees would be is 'end of year achievements scheme'. The employer would allocate funds at the end of each year to dedicated loyal workers, proportional to their level of commitment to helping the business make a profit. The employees that did their day-to-day work and decided to leave the business for a high dollar wage in another job/industry let them go. Respect loyal hardworking employees. That's what happened to me!

Albo won on Two Party Preferred but not One Party Preferred - Scomo Won One Partry Preferred

Well, in our 2 Party Preferred Australian Elections Albo won. Guess what? Albo lost on One Party preferred, when compared to the LNP Coalition around Australia by approximately 8%:

We cannot include The Greens in the ALP Figure as they are a separate party and don't run in Coalition with ALP. But with 1,729,939 12.14% of the vote, one day the Greens will be taking over ALP and be one of the two-party preferred parties at elections.   

So what can I see here both Liberal/National Coalition and the Labor Party, may end up as minority parties and The Greens/One Nation/ UAP may be the major parties that may lead in primary votes in future elections - maybe not in my lifetime!    

In Australia Two-Party preferred are winners!                         

Healthy Conversations On Politics Brings In The Best in All of us.

I'm open to discussing politics and looking at all sides of politics. I'm other words I'm not shy to discuss if it is brought out in conversation. Politics is part of our lives. Sometimes a great part of our lives.

I've always said politicians are underpaid from local right through to Federal. I've supported local politicians, representing different parties and running as Independents, in the past. So I may have an understanding of what it takes to be one. I was asked to run for Blacktown City Council as an Independent and told I could have won Ward 5. I declined the offer. I was advocating for the return of buses back into Mount Druitt and was told by high profile Labour local branch Members then, ' I will never win against the then Labor State Government and around here as we have strong Labour Members here.'

The winning, they were talking about, was actually getting back the buses to community members that needed these services. Politics can be dirty when you are just an advocate. They were not happy that I was creating a political storm by obtaining signed petitions, to get the buses back to the people. Two of the Labor Party Branch Members said you are doing things wrong. I should be raising this issue to the North Mount Druitt Labor Party Branch and it gets 'fixed' by them. My answer was, 'I'm not a Labor Party member. Actually, I'm not a member of any party! So why should I?' That stunned them. I later found out they would have swept this matter under their carpet and it would have been forgotten.

The good news was the Labor Party Members were wrong. The noise had to be created, I was asked by community members who were both Labor Party Members and members of the Whalan Community Action Group and a Greens Local Member to run meetings to bring these busses back. I loved being an advocate for the community. We had a rally at Dawson Mall, where there would have been 200 people turning up with me on a megaphone and my voice carried. People never had this type of rally in Mount Druitt. I had organised a huge meeting at a round table for community members at a Women's Centre. I had the local press interviews me for these required bus services - people were looking up at me - politicians could not be seen.

I held a meeting at Whalan Community Hall for the State Members from Mount Druitt and Londonderry to attend and please explain.  It got a bit heated but it was controlled. The response I got from both State Members was ' We didn't know about the services going?'

The problem was you have NSW Government Bus contracts going for tendering to private companies. The private bus companies, make the recommendations to the NSW Government back then to remove bus services (Minster of TransportNSW would have known). So how the communication doesn't go to the NSW State Members - I don't know - it could have been a break of communication. One person (not confirmed by others) said both State Members knew about the cuts in bus services and didn't think anything of it. The best thing was when the 755 Bus Service was re-introduced - it wasn't about me! It was about the group we then formed ' Save our Bus Services, Mount Druitt and surrounding suburbs. Front Page was all about the re-introduction of the bus service.

In a Blacktown City Council Transport Forum, I spoke to a Busways Representative and was told because we had a bus service re-introduced, they had to remove another service from the area. So I mentioned, when you took out the service due to anti-social behaviour to bus drivers and passengers - where did you place that service.... not much was said. See the bus service that was cut, was cut travelling to public housing areas within Mount Druitt.

I was asked here to run for Shoalhaven City Coul, because of my basic knowledge of local Council. I thought about and learned a bit about the area. What I learned was you needed to know about the history of the area: understand the beautiful history, nature, bush, sights and our local business require the economic spending that tourists bring into the area. This brings in growth and employment. Some residents are against that for traffic reasons. You know, I declined to run for Council as I knew there were better-qualified people, ready to be Councilors and there were deeper issues to be dealt with in Council

In relation to healthy conversations, we need to spark a bit of interest. The funny thing about the recent election we had was safe seats,  were not safe seats anymore for both parties and when Sconmo was elected in 2019 as Prime Minister, he had a majority of 77 members of Parliament. Albo has rightfully obtained 77 members majority in the Australian government as well. 

So, does that mean he will get the same heat as Scomo. No, he is in settling in time and I hope that when he has a holiday that he is not asked to come back to Australia because people wanted him back. Every politician deserves a break. I mean everyone!

The question of why I haven't scrutinised Scomo in past, I knew his father, who was an Independent at Waverley City Council and was a  mayor for a period of time as well. So, I had respect for Scomo in relation to a majority of decisions made by him and his government. Not all decisions he made I agreed. He kept the country to a very good balance lower housing interest rates, and lower unemployment rates which turned out Albo was stumped on earlier in the election campaign. He managed the Pandemic to the best of his ability. I don't think he will have any problems from here on in.

Australians that voted Albo in for government, must not keep one eye open to see one side, everyone needs to be a critic. Albo's a PM as he made their promises and we as a public must see that we keep them honest and see if they stand for what they wanted to do. Don chip, former Democrat Leader (which merged with Australia Party) said, ' We need to keep the bastards honest!'  I'd rather say 'We need to keep our PM, from here to be honest!

Albo's Hidden Agenda - Minister For Republic?

I understand that the people of Australia may require Australians to change their political direction. From being linked and backed by the English monarch.

History tells us that the first white man that discovered Australia was Captain Janes Cook, as part of the first fleet, from England. From there on in, we were a British ruled penal colony and later our country  stayed under British rule as the population grew. Click here for Captain James Cook details

Look, relation to whether we become a republic or not should be put to the people in a Federal Referendum. I would currently sit on the fence here on this issue, for a couple reasons. 

Firstly, if we were a republic, of course we cut our ties with England and the Commonwealth which men in a sporting way no ' Commonwealth Ganes', No Governor-General and no Commonwealth Heads of Government Meetings (CHOGM). So what does that mean politically, Leader of the republic is the final leader. Everything as a decision is done and stays within Australia. Which could mean we have no one else to blame but us - if things go wrong. Then again, when things go right, we would be providing recognition to ourselves.

Secondly, on the negative, there will be no Queen's honours on special days. No Queen's birthday to celebrate or even King's birthday. I hope not, but should Australia be dragged into any war with any neighbours, will England and the Commonwealth help us in need, if we were a republic. Our taxes will then be retained in Australia

What will we be known as a country ' Republic of Australia' and our anthem change to possibly, 'Bless This Australian Republic'? Who knows? 

I note that within the Commonwealth there are 54 republic countries, so maybe we could stay within the Commonwealth. We will see if this debate goes further than in 1999, when Malcolm Turnbull took this on within the country and it failed. Times change and people change, it might have a stronger force this time.

So, if we remain the same, we retain our pride, flag, national anthem, Queen's honour list, entry into Commonwealth Games and our identity as fellow Australians. 

So, what's this got to do with Albo? Hidden agenda - change the country to a republic! Surprised - Bingo. How do we do this? We appoint a Minster for Republic, Matt Thistlewaite 'Thistlo', who was shaking hands with the Governor-General he would like to get rid of.

I'm now thinking, we need a Minister of the Monarch as well, Minister for Referendum, Minister for Integral Commission and finally, Minister for Ministers. Here I'm joking!

My problem here is Albo said he will be saving money but he is getting taxpayers to pay for a Minister we don't need.  A waste of money, in my books!

If Scomo would have done this, I would have felt the same but he didn't have a hidden agenda.

We can see here this type of name-calling indicates the type of bullying that may have been conducted in the Australian Government by certain members of parliament. This is when we need The Australian Integral Commission that Albo' s want to have - going back into 15years of history

First Baaaackflip for Albo's new Government - Sheep Exports!

Well, are deep into the two weeks in for the new Albo* Government and here is (pardon the Pun) The First Baaa! Backflip that is reversed from Albo's promises. It didn't take long.....

Albo's government promises made everyone think he was a hero by banning the export of sheep, internationally. I think what happened was electorally he thought holding hands with the Greens as he was hoping to win a minority government, he would need their help. Which, we all know would have been a marriage of convenience politically. Well Aldo  doesn't need the Greens support here, so he has done what is called the 'Baaaa-ckflip! and broken his election promise

Bandto* now realises that his Lower house member's votes are not required to support an Albo government - so he is left, 'bushed!'

A Small Majority win For the Albo Government - Gilmore is retained By Fiona Phillips, Labor Party

Well, Andrew Constance, Liberal Party candidate on primary votes was over 6% on Fiona Phillips, candidate for Labor Party for Gilmore. Congratulations to Fiona Phillips on her re-election to the seat of Gilmore by 2 party-preferred differences of 242 votes. Click here for Australian Electoral Commission Results 2022. The swing against Fiona was 2.5%, leaving her with a marginal swing 0.11% lead for the next election.

Also congratulations to Albo and his Labor Party for winning the election with the same amount of seats as the Liberal Party in 2019, with 77 seats. Click here for the AEC Results 2019

Whilst Scomo dealt with fires, floods and COVID-19 Pandemic issues, let's see what issues Albo deals with. He seems to be saying he is looking only at a 2 term government. Well, he has been in office for  9 days, we need to see how he handles issues to prevent any early elections.

We know dumping Pilbo to New Environment junior ministership, is a bad way to start for Pilbo - but this may be Albo's way of dealing with the possible bullying of Senator Kitching, when she died of a sudden heart attack. The Albo Integrity Commission would be good to sort this out.

My guess is 18 months and we will be back into election mode. 16 Independents. Teal independents who claim they are not a party but confirm they were financially back by Climate 200 - Click here for details - which is founded by billionaire Robert Holmes A Court. Now they want party rights or questions in parliament, but they claim they are not a party.

Who Will Albo Government support the Chinese or Americans?

Well before the New Australian Prime Minister could select a full Cabinet, he want to show his face at the Quad Meeting in Tokyo. He to with him his new Foreign Affairs Minister, Penny Wong (1st person to be selected for this position not being born in Australia).

I suppose there were no fires or floods for our people to criticise him for leaving the country one day after being elected.

Obviously, he left the people of Australia behind, to focus on international relationships. Basically, in my books, he is Joe Biden number 2 or will Penny Wong swing him, to back the Chinese on Taiwan aggression from China. We will find out in time.

My comment on the anti-China Strategy stretches back to when the first cases of Covid-19 came from Wuhan, China and they let it spread all around the world as people travelled around the world. The spread of the virus could have been stopped within China as far as I can tell. All international governments were providing relief to most of the people and businesses to make them survive. As we know there was a cost to the spread of the virus and now there are governments in Trillion Dollars in debt, I do agree on China, which allowed the spread of COVID-19, should be reimbursing every nation around the world for all debts incurred by COVID-19. Yes, I support Scomo on this issue. China should have had measures put in place to prevent the spread of the disease, once it was discovered.

In Times Of Crisis...The Prime Minister Supports Our Nation Needs Of Putting Out Fires

You know when Government take action though National Security Council, you know it is serious business. And boy it is. WE know thought the Face Book Advertisement Post on ScoMo (Scott Morrison's Face Book Page) has been advertised correctly. If he doesn't endorse them, it may be worth what it is.

So all the resources he is pulling together to support our nation at needs. Like all  his predecessor Prime Ministers, they would be doing the same, if they were in his current shoes. Here is ScoMo's video on  the summary of support providing Resources to help Australian affected by the bush fires. The fires are not out, yet.

 On the flip side, Opposition Leader Anthony Albanese's Face Book Videos are also endorsed correctly. See a sample video labelled, "Bushfire Mental Health" Click here for video . Again, let get the politics out of these fires - they still need to be put out!

Here is an interesting video  from Chris that has been ask to go viral.  The message is clear on it. It is about the fires and the bush we live in. It explains that we have to look at 'Fire prevention methods like 'Hazard reduction' or 'Back-burning' occurs off season from Summer in safe controlled environments. This is where I say, all Emergency Services are to ensure the safety of all Community members, whilst using this Fire controlling process.
