8 Albion Street Buyers be aware

 I'm glad I'm not living at my former house at 8 Albion Street, Sanctuary Point NSW. The street itself is a former sinkhole that took Council Months to dig up deep holes of water and fill them up and reseal it.  The house is worth too much on the market; it should be worth around $500K or under with the former sinkhole in the street. I would be concerned if I were a buyer now.

This is an opinion that needed to be provided as information to any buyers.
