He’s tanking in the polls. He’s forced to answer a barrage of questions about One Nation, the party he can’t dismiss or ignore any longer. His latest Budget has gone down like a lead balloon. Even his own MPs are questioning his lies and broken promises.
He’s gone cap-in-hand asking supporters for money specifically to stop One Nation.
Now, this proven liar of a Prime Minister has had the temerity to suggest One Nation’s amazingly successful ‘fire the liar’ online fundraiser is fake.
At the time of writing, this fundraiser has raised more than $2 million in less than 33 hours. By the time you read this, it will have gone up quite a bit more. More than 28,000 individuals have donated an average of $59 each. Albanese has directly insulted every single one of these Australians by effectively implying they’re not real people.
One Nation has been completely up front and honest about the money raised in this latest effort, providing a live tracker of the tally that has captivated the nation’s media, but when he’s asked how much Labor’s anti-One Nation fundraising effort has gained Albanese says that’s none of our business. He’s not just a liar. He’s a profound hypocrite too. We’re going to double down. We’re commissioning an independent forensic audit to demonstrate the authenticity of our fundraiser. One Nation has nothing to hide!
And there’s nothing fake about the FIRE THE LIAR billboard perched on a truck that was parked in front of Albanese’s electorate office yesterday. No matter where he goes in Australia, he’s going to be seeing a lot more of them thanks to the generosity of thousands of Australians who’ve donated to One Nation’s campaign.
