The NSW Government is hosting a Social Media Summit this October and we want to hear your thoughts. Take our survey to share your experiences and concerns about social media, online safety, disinformation and misinformation, and the impact of social media on wellbeing, especially for our children and young people. The results of the survey will help shape discussions at the summit and drive meaningful solutions. Together, we can create a safer and more positive online environment for everyone. The consultation is open until 8 September 2024.

Easy to navigate, the hub is designed to help you access support services, savings and rebates, and show you ways to make your household budget go further.

However, there were almost 300 fires caused by lithium-ion batteries in NSW last year. Learn how to charge safely, identify a faulty battery and know what to do if a device starts smoking. You can also find out about new product standards that will make e-bikes and e-scooters safer.

The Awards celebrate the women and girls who’ve inspired their communities and improved the lives of people in NSW. This is your chance to make sure their achievements, as well as their courage, skills and dedication, get the recognition they deserve. Nominations are also open for the Ones-to-Watch category, which celebrates our rising stars aged 7 to 15. Nominations close 15 September.
