Do you use eConveyancing services?

IPART is reviewing the fees that Electronic Lodgment Network Operators (ELNOs) can charge for eConveyancing services.

We have been asked to investigate and make recommendations on whether these fees should continue to be regulated, and if so, how and when, and how they should be adjusted and reviewed over time.

We’re inviting stakeholders to provide input on the key issues and information we should consider in this review.

Submissions close 19 September 2025.

Childcare - female and child

Have your say as a childcare provider

Do you provide a long day care, family day care, outside of school hours care or preschool service?

We’re interested in service providers’ operational experiences including service models, costs and staffing.

This information will help the NSW Childcare and Economic Opportunity Fund direct future spending to where it will have the most impact.

You can complete the feedback survey below or read more on our website.

Submissions close 22 September 2025.

eNewsletter - Solar Tariff

Solar feed-in tariffs explained

Did you know that each year, IPART sets solar feed-in tariff benchmark ranges? Do you know how much your solar exports are worth? We explain what feed-in tariffs are, why the value of solar exports change throughout the day, and how you can get the most value from your solar system.

eNewsletter - Taxi Review

Surveying taxi customers at
Sydney Airport

As part of our 2025 taxi fare review follow-up, IPART staff and volunteers surveyed passengers at Sydney Airport about their taxi and rideshare experiences.

Using QR-coded cards, we asked travellers about wait times, fares, journey details and satisfaction — gathering over 260 responses in the first week.

This baseline data will help us understand how the systems are working and inform any future reviews, including a possible trial of fixed fares from the airport to the CBD.
