Survey results - Q4 2024-25

We surveyed Central Coast Council’s customers about how satisfied they are with their water services and compared the results with similar Victorian water utilities. Over time, measuring and reporting on customer satisfaction can help drive improvement in performance, in line with customer preferences, through ‘competition by comparison’.
