Water Utility Customer Satisfaction
Survey results – July 2024
We surveyed Central Coast Council’s customers about their satisfaction with their water services and compare these results with similar water utilities in Victoria. Measuring and reporting on customer satisfaction over time could help drive improvement in the utility’s performance, in line with customer preferences, through ‘competition by comparison’.
