The Next Generation has taken the NSW Planning Department (IPC) to court to appeal there decision to stop it going ahead due to health concerns.

Let's show them, that, We will never allow a Toxic Incinerator pumping out emissions 24/7 for the next 30+ years to destroy our health & climate.
