This Christmas NSW Health recommends celebrating outdoors because the risk of COVID-19 transmission is lower than it is indoors.
Think about having your get-together outside. If you use your backyard or balcony you can have up to 50 guests at your place. If you’re only indoors you can have up to 30.
If you don’t have the space at home, consider going to a park. Currently you can have up to 50 people (including children) at outdoor gatherings in public spaces. From Monday 7 December, yo
u can have up to 100 people.
