Today IPART released a paper responding to stakeholder submissions
IPART is reviewing how we regulate monopoly water businesses in NSW. This review provides an important opportunity for stakeholders to help shape the future performance of the water sector.
In this paper, we provide an update on the feedback we received from stakeholders on the Position Paper, which has helped to confirm our approach for this review.
In the New Year we will invite stakeholders to register to attend public workshops for this review.
