Coronavirus COVID -19 Statistical Question?

I have a simple question , which needs to be asked regarding the Statistics of Coronavirus COVID figures around the world. It is a simple question, 'Once the people that have tested positive complete isolation for 14 days and then afterwards come back with a negative test, which these figures drop from these Government figures?'

 If any government official can answer this, we would appreciate it.
