Tomorrow, Saturday the 21st of March, is the South Australian election. One Nation members across the country send warm regards to their friends and party members who have put together an outstanding campaign.
Polls indicate that South Australia One Nation is reaping rewards for its confident bid to capture the hearts and minds of locals. We have surged over 20% in South Australia from a starting base of just 2% last year in some polls.
Any growth is appreciated, but such a meteoric rise is to be expected when your candidates listen to concerns, are patriotic Australians, and fight for locals on issues that affect them every day.
How many seats will One Nation win? That is in the hands of the voters. But this is the first time a major party has been displaced in polls, so we're as interested as everyone else.
This week, the Uni Party made it obvious that they would prefer people to vote for Labor and Liberal. Labor really did say they would rather someone vote for their Liberal opposition than vote for One Nation. So we know how stitched up the political environment must be if that’s their goal.
Albanese had to intervene in the South Australian campaign due to his fear of his Liberal friends losing votes to One Nation. He said One Nation has no solutions.
Bold statement from a man lacking solutions for the fuel crisis, housing crisis, decaying infrastructure, and national unity. Only plans for more division.
On one day this week, the Liberal-Labor team-up attacked One Nation, saying we had no policies. The following day, they conceded the existence of our policies but asserted they lacked a cost estimate. We have no parliamentary representation, access to research officers, or a parliamentary budget office.
What’s detail when you are teaming up against the new kids on the block?
Pauline Hanson has endured these attacks for years, and for most Australians they are water off a duck’s back. You know why? Because the attacks from the Labor-Liberal club are disingenuous.
If you are part of the "dark forces" Albo hates, now you can say, "Been there, got the shirt."
