Spotlighting the newest releases gaining momentum across the country, the Airplay Charts are a weekly record of the artists being championed by local broadcasters and discovered by curious listeners.

From the country of the Wonnarua people (Upper Hunter, NSW) Saralyn shares Cowgirl Blues, the opening track from her upcoming debut EP. With a slick slide guitar intro and consistently catchy hooks, Cowgirl Blues brings together strains of contemporary country, with the essence of true blue honesty at heart.

Odd Mob, the solo project fronted by Meanjin (Brisbane) based Harry Hope, comes in at number two on the Electronic/Dance charts this week with Never Stand Alone featuring Lizzy Land. Keeping to the mantra of 'it's not a record, it's a feeling', Odd Mob gives us a euphoric trance-adjacent banger full of hearty festival beats and the perfect scatterings of Lizzy Land's breathy vocals.
