All MHS staff, consumers, carers and friends are invited to take part in a connecting wellbeing
ceremony at a location close to you! Richard Campbell from Gumaraa Aboriginal Experience will be doing the smoking ceremonies

Illawarra Community Mental Health Atchison St Carpark at 10.45am*
Coniston Community Centre Older Persons MH at 11.35am*
Shellharbour Hospital at 12.45pm*
Nowra Community Mental Health Back Carpark at 2.15pm*
Ulladulla MH (Health One) at 3.55pm*
*These times indicate the starting time for the smoking ceremony please arrive shortly before to ensure
