Welcome to the first Friends of MHFA update!
On the back of an incredibly difficult and challenging 2020, Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Australia acknowledges how important it is for us all to stay connected!
If you have expressed interest in our training in the past, we wanted to support you in your Mental Health First Aid training journey with regular updates, stories from our Instructors and those who have done the training, and information about upcoming MHFA events.
In this, our first update for 2021, we share the story of a Country Fire Authority Instructor who trains people on the frontline. We've put together some tips and tools for you to help maintain a healthy workplace, and we invite you to our upcoming online information session! You can expect to receive regular updates from us as we strive to connect and engage with you and celebrate the impact that MHFA training has in workplaces and communities.
Thank you for contributing to a healthier Australia.
