Shoalhaven City Council Media Release

8 July 2020

Shoalhaven City Council has launched its new website today, allowing customers to more easily and quickly access information.

Shoalhaven City Council Mayor Amanda Findley said the new website will allow residents to Connect better with Council using any device.

“The new website will allow Council and the community to 'Connect Better'. I encourage all Shoalhaven residents to explore it, try it and give it a go,” Clr Findley said.

“You can now pay bills online, easily find information that is important to you, keep informed and interact with Council on the go.”

“Searching and navigating the new site is easy, and it’s accessible to everyone. The homepage features the most frequently searched services, with a quick search menu in the top right-hand corner. The new website has been designed with all groups in our community in mind.”

“This project has been a priority during the past 12 months and is a significant one on Council's journey to continually improve our customer experience and promote the ease of doing business with Council.”

“We understand the need for residents to access local information and services in a number of ways.”

“You can connect with Shoalhaven City Council on the go, get the answers you need, pay bills anytime, get involved and stay informed,” Clr Finley said.
